What is a PTM?
A PTM is an acronym for a Product Training Module. Our PTMs are concise online training modules that target a product’s or service’s key selling points. PTMs are published to a campus where they are available for inside and outside sales reps and other key personnel to complete. A PTM includes easy to follow formatted text slides with voice-overs and incorporated multi-media such as videos and images. Users can expect a quiz at the end of completion to test their knowledge, resource downloads available for them to review the content of the PTM. One PTM takes 15-30 minutes to complete.
