Fujifilm Recording Media is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of magnetic data storage tape. The company sells through an internationally dispersed group of dealer/distributor-employed sales reps.

Training Challenge

Provide consistent, high quality product sales training and technology updates to sales reps in over 15 countries, speaking three different languages. Subsets of participants are eligible to receive financial SPIFFs after TechScholar verifies successful completion of the training.
